I have never been treated so well in my life! My car broke down on our way home. I was able to get the car to JERS. Joe stayed late to get us back on the road. He did so many extra things and the bill was extremely reasonable. I wish I lived closer so I can use them more often. I would recommend them to any one!

Joe Chin is the owner of JERS. He is an extremely capable mechanic and has a personality character rarely found (at least by me) in mechanics...he is honest. I gave him a try about 18 months ago because I passed his shop a couple days a week when picking up children from dance. I always noticed how clean his shop was and I was fed up with servicing at the dealer. Since then he has met every need with care. I've turned several friends on to JERS and they are all as happy as I am. Keep it up Joe.
I'm a Big fan of supporting local small business owners and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and met JOE. From J.E.R.S. Automotive. Friendly, polite and to the point he provided both of my cars same day oil change service and recommended other repairs and quoted prices that were more reasonable then any previously quoted dealership. I found JERS on yelp and decided to get my oil changed there to scope the place out and get a feel for it. Joe Chin, the owner, greeted me when i walked in and was very helpful and polite. Some problems were discovered with my car when they were doing the oil change. They were clearly written out and explained to me when the oil change was over. Joe wasn't pushing to fix these problems he was simply letting me know what was going on. I called a few days later for a quote and was very surprised when it was literally HALF the amount that Northbrook Toyota quoted me. I just got the car back today and i couldn't be happier. If your looking for a reliable trustworthy mechanic take your car to JERS Automotive. TY JOE!
